The 91st edition of Pitti Filati ended a few days ago with a result exceeding expectations. The return to the evocative location of the Fortezza da Basso, the flow of people, the new trends, and the quality of exhibitors made this edition of Pitti Filati truly special.

"The return to the Fortezza da Basso [...] gave further energy to this excellent edition of Pitti Filati in all aspects. It is not just a question of the numbers referring to the presence of buyers, which even in a final report are the first to attract attention - especially when it comes to the best international knitwear manufacturers and the style departments of the most important fashion maisons in the world. It is rather a concert of elements: starting with the quality of the collections and raw materials, and ending with the degree of technological and stylistic innovation. It is truly amazing to think how much and which investments - in machines, research, people, ideas - are behind what we have seen in our exhibitors' areas..." said Raffaello Napoleone, CEO of Pitti Immagine

Thanks again to everyone who came by and helped make this event a success.

For this edition, Filmar presented the Fall Winter 2023/2024 collection that, in the wake of tradition, supports the planet, people and shared prosperity. A collection of very high quality, elegant and precious yarns that mix the softness of warm cotton with the elegance of cashmere and wool fibres, among which the Wooly, Makò Cashmere and Cotton Cashmere stand out.
